Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. In the event of any dispute, users must first contact our customer service team in an effort to resolve the matter. Disputes may, in the first instance, be resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
