OUR RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. However, in some cases, you may experience problems with the products you purchased. Our return policy, which applies in such cases, is as follows:

  • Return Process: If you would like to return an item, please submit your return/exchange request within 14 business days from the date of receipt. You must send the products to be returned back to us with their original packaging and invoice. Once the return process has been initiated, it can typically take 5-7 business days to process your return.

  • Faulty Products: If you notice that the product you purchased is damaged, defective or faulty, you must file a report regarding the damage with the transportation company and contact us immediately. You can return the product to us or request an exchange. In this case, we will refund you the product price or send you a new product. Also, please note that the product cannot be returned due to minor dents on the box or packaging that will not damage the product.

  • Exchange: If you want to exchange an item and we have the same item in stock, we can send you a new item. However, for exchange, your product must be unused and its packaging must be intact.

  • Return Shipping Fees: Except for faulty products or wrong orders, shipping fees arising from returns are the responsibility of the customer.
