Preparation Phase :
- Before using dried eggplants, boil them in hot water for 15-20 minutes to soften them.

Making Stuffed :

Service :
- After the dolma is cooked, it can be served hot or cold. The flavor can be enhanced by adding yoghurt or lemon juice.
